This is a standalone, scaled-down version of its more robust DxO ViewPoint 2 software (which also works as a Lightroom/Photoshop plug-in).

HDR Efex Pro 2 is accessible in Lightroom under File>Export with Preset.DxO is offering free perspective-control software for a very limited time. Please note that this does not apply to HDR Efex Pro 2, which is handled differently from the other plug-ins. The plug-in(s) you added should now be accessible.
